Every Hello New Yorker™ order ships from Brooklyn, New York, USA, from stock we hold ourselves. We do not drop-ship and we do not make you wait for overseas production once an item is listed as in stock.
We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, with prices shown in your local currency where supported. International delivery times vary by country and customs processing. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Drop 001 stock arrives in December 2026. Orders placed at launch ship in the order they were received, within the processing times above. If you joined the email list, you'll be notified the moment ordering opens.
At checkout you may add Shipping Protection for $5.00, which covers your order against loss, theft or damage in transit. Issues covered by Shipping Protection are resolved with a replacement or refund — just email us with your order number.
